If you have been bored thus far, now is an opportunity to get busy. Apex T5 late and tight, (there is no grass growing trackside at the apex, if that tells you anything) and stay to the right side of the track to prepare for entry to T6. Some of you might say that this is not the fastest way through this section, and some of you would be right. If you are new to the track, ignore the following.
[For the more advanced driver, do much less braking for T5, get back on the gas hard immediately after turn in, and take it fast enough that you have no choice but to exit on the far left of the track, just before you need to brake HARD and turn in for T6. This compromises the entry to T6, but it is a slow turn no matter how you take it, and is followed immediately by the ~90° T7.] |
